Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• The promotion is valid only on purchases of R1700 or more in a single transaction.
• Only full price products count toward the qualifying spend. Discounted or sale items are excluded.
• This promotion is available exclusively for online and in-app orders. Purchases made in physical stores or through third-party retailers are excluded.
• Valid between 23 April to 10 May 2026, subject to stock availability.

Gift Selection

• Customers who meet the qualifying spend may select one complimentary wallet from the available range.
• The wallet selection must be made at the time of purchase via the pop-up prompt on the website or by manually adding a wallet from the included wallet product pages.
• Limit of one complimentary wallet per order.

Non-Qualified Orders

• Customers who do not meet the full price minimum spend may still see the wallet selection pop-up and make a selection; however, their order will not qualify for the complimentary gift.
• In such cases, the wallet will appear in the cart at full price.

Availability

• Wallets are available while stocks last.

Returns

• Standard return and exchange policies apply to purchased items; however, if qualifying items are returned and the full price spend falls below R1700 per order, the gift must also be returned or will be charged at full price.

General

• The promotion is valid for a limited time only and may be withdrawn or amended at Forever New’s discretion.
• The gift is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The gift is as stated, no alternatives will be offered.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, promotion or discount.
• To ensure delivery in time for Mother’s Day, orders for main centres must be placed by end of day 3 May 2026. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time.
• Acceptance of the gift constitutes the customer’s agreement to these terms and conditions.
